The Writing Center for the Greater Capital Region, Inc. offers youth the opportunity to write across different genres and media including print, radio and the world wide web.

Because our students are surrounded by student and professional writers with varying interests, they will always find peers and mentors with similar interests who are willing to review their work and offer critique.  When ready, we will help to identify markets to which a writer's best work can be submitted.

*All Programs through The Writing Center require a membership.   Some programs may require the purchase of books, materials or other supplies.
